Arraial dos Navegantes (Fair of the Navigators)

The Arraial dos Navegantes in Parque das Nações is the most family friendly fair, with around 2000 seats which allow family and friends to enjoy each other’s company in a more leisurely way. There’s also an area especially dedicated to younger ones, the “Arraialito” (little fair), thanks to the help of volunteers, where there’ll be fun activities for the little ones. The good news this year is that the Arraial dos Navegantes will be even more environmentally friendly as we’ll no longer be using plastic plates, cutlery or cups. Cutting back on the plastic, but not on the variety of food and drink or musical styles on offer, which range from traditional folk music to jazz amongst many others.
