Feira da Luz

The Light Fair is something of a tradition in Carnide: it began as an extension of the pilgramage held annually in September to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Light, attracting numerous outsiders from the capital and surroundings. Nowadays it’s a festival which aims to promote Portuguese music. This year, amongst other names, you can watch free concerts by Jorge Palma, João Pedro Pais, Cuca Roseta, Herman José and Ana Bacalhau.
