Festival Cioff® Culturas Mediterrânicas

A meeting of Mediterranean (or Mediterranean-influenced) cultures and countries, where traditions and customs can be discovered through experimentation: dance, music, handicraft, gastronomy, exhibitions and workshops. The festival, which will welcome 400 artists from 12 countries, will include entertainment from groups like Sinies Corfu (from Greece), Ensemble BrodoSplit (from Croatia) and more than 40 traditional Portuguese groups, concerts by Ricardo Ribeiro and the Rahib Abou-Khalil Quartet and Joana Amendoeira and even a film cycle. As part of this Festival, Lisbon will also be the venue for a conference which will debate the present and the future of the Mediterranean.
