Castelo de São Jorge, in July and August, presents the fourth edition of the Pôr do Sol no Castelo program and features some of the freshest names in jazz, pop/rock, hip-hop and house. The program takes place every weekend, in a relaxed sunset with the best view of the city. In summer, nothing better than watching this sunset to the sound of good music!

August 6th, Sunday: NÚRIA RITO PINTO
She is one of the greatest Portuguese specialists in the most advanced Brazilian music, a profound connoisseur of its nuances, skills that she uses not only in writing, but also in very eclectic and effusive DJ Sets. She has already played in different venues, from the Park to Lux clubs, and now she is preparing to take that tropical energy to the best sunset in Lisbon.
August 13rd, Sunday: TROL2000
Master of organic grooves and Balearic tunes, one of the most respected national DJs, man at the helm of the reference store Peekaboo Records and a protagonist of a new party, VEM, which promises to revolutionize Lisbon’s nightlife. From disco to house, from African to Japanese music, there’s no groove or latitude that Trol2000 doesn’t explore with absolute class and good taste.
August 20th, Sunday: GIJOE
Gijoe is an Algarve DJ who built a unique place in the history of national hip hop. With 20 years of fruitful career, he has already collaborated with many of the most important names of the genre in Portugal and is a recurring name in festivals and clubs. His vision of hip hop is generous and inclusive and he is endowed with an absolutely advanced technique that affirms him as one of the best national hip hop DJs.
August 27th, Sunday: AGNES
Agnes (Inês Abreu) has a career as part of the M3dusa trio, but she is also a specialist with a vast knowledge that she gained working at the counter in several of the best record stores in Lisbon. From Portuguese music to music from many other parts of the world, from funk from America to Brazil, from the most modern R&B to the most classic and from house to disco, there is no danceable terrain that he does not explore with absolute security. Her experience has already taken her from Festival Sudoeste to the more alternative Micro Clima, including the Pride celebration in Lisbon.
