This summer the Museu do Fado is promoting a programme of Visits with Fado throughout Lisbon’s historic neighbourhoods, in partnership with the Junta de Freguesia de Santa Maria Maior and the Alfama Neighbourhood Traders Association.
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in July and August, always at 4pm, with free entry.
In Alfama, the tours start at the Fado Museum.
In Mouraria, the meeting point is Largo de São Cristóvao.
In Castelo, the meeting point is Largo da Igreja de Santa Cruz do Castelo.
