Placing the concepts and contradictions of democracy and democratisation as its core themes, the EMYA2023 Annual Conference and Awards Ceremony will take place in Barcelona from May 3 to 6.
The event will bring together members of the European museum community including former candidates, partners and friends, in addition to the EMYA candidates.
Thirty-three EMYA nominee museums, from nineteen countries, will take the floor and present themselves in a multimedia format during the sessions, which will include Casa Fernando Pessoa.
