Lavagem de Santo António (Washing Saint Anthony)

A cultural and inter-religious event that is reminiscent of the washing of the steps in front of the Church of Our Lord of Bonfim in Bahia. In Lisbon, it includes conferences and a festive parade that culminates with the washing of the steps of the Church of Saint Anthony.
